Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
Payment
1. Easy Booking Fethiye may require Advance Payment for some products/services and/or payment received during the Travel experience.
o Where Easy Booking Fethiye takes, payment is usually made face to face at the start of your Travel Experience, but there may be cases where payment is taken from your credit card when you make your booking or you make payment when you leave the Accommodation. This depends on the Prepayment terms shared with you in the Easy Booking Fethiye booking process.
2. If Easy Booking Fethiye requires prepayment, this payment may be taken when you make the Reservation or there may be a pre-authorization and the relevant amount may not be refunded. Therefore, before booking, please check the Service’s Prepayment terms (shared with you during the booking process).
3. If you have knowledge or suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized use of your Payment Method, please contact your payment provider. Your payment provider may cover the costs incurred in this case within a certain limit.
5. Easy Booking Fethiye does not store any of your Payment Method information.
Cancellation Process
1. When you make a reservation, you agree to the applicable conditions displayed in the reservation process. Cancellation policies and other conditions for each Service (about age requirements, security/damage deposits, surcharges for group Bookings, extra bed, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc.) are available on our site, on the service information page, during the booking process, in additional information and /or you may find the confirmation email or request (if available).
2. If you cancel or no-show the reservation, the cancellation/no-show fee and refund will depend on the cancellation/no-show conditions of the Service.
3. Some Reservations cannot be canceled free of charge, while others can only be canceled free of charge up to a certain date.
4. If you make a prepaid Travel Experience reservation (including all price components and/or deposit, if any) and Easy Booking Fethiye is unable to collect payment on the specified date, it may cancel the Reservation without prior notice. If they cancel, any non-refundable payments you have made may be refunded at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time (debit card, debit card or credit card details must be correct and there must be sufficient funds in your account).
5. If you think you will not be able to arrive on time, please contact Easy Booking Fethiye so that they do not cancel your reservation and let them know when you will be able to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may occur if you are late (e.g. cancellation of your reservation or extra fees).
6. As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior of everyone in the group (in relation to the Travel Experience). It is also your responsibility to obtain their permission before providing us with their personal data.
Limitation of liability
1. We will only be liable for costs you incur as a direct result of an error on our part, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law. This means that, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for matters such as:

o Indirect loss or damage
o Incorrect information about the Service Provider
o Product, service or action of the Service Provider or another business partner
o Error in email address, phone number (unless it is our mistake)
o Force majeure or an event beyond our control.
2. If you violate these Terms and/or the terms of the Service Provider, to the extent permitted by law:

o We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result
o You will not be entitled to any refund.
3. Nothing in these terms limits our (or the Service Provider’s liability) for (i) our negligence (or the Service Provider’s negligence) resulting in death or personal injury or (ii) fraud or misrepresentation.
4. We do not make any promises about the products and services of Service Providers (other than what we expressly state in these Terms). It is entirely your responsibility to make the right choice(s).
5. For clarity: Nothing in these Terms authorizes any third party other than the Service Provider to do anything.
6. You may be protected by mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations that guarantee your rights that no company’s terms can override. Our liability in this case is determined not only by these Terms but also by all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
